How we begin to understand fit
At this stage, the goal is not to advance a transaction, but to understand whether your company aligns with the buyer intelligence and leverage we have as a firm. This typically starts with a brief introductory conversation to align on intent and confirm whether it makes sense to continue.
If there is mutual interest after that discussion, we move into a more detailed discovery conversation designed to better understand the business, its history, and how it operates today.
Information exchanged during discovery
We may exchange confidentiality agreements and begin sharing higher-level information. This allows for a more meaningful discussion around:
